Overview
You need to apply for a Business Visa for NEW ZEALAND if your primary purpose of travel is to attend meetings with business associates, for training, attend scientific, educational, professional or business conventions/conferences, business seminars, contract negotiations and/or other official business purposes etc.

- Original passport with minimum 6 months validity prior to submission and with two available blank pages.
- Passport COPY (entire booklet).

- Business invite letter and supporting documents.
- Cover letter outlining the intent /reason for travel, travel itinerary, applicants profile etc.
- Evidence of employment / business.
- Evidence of income, savings and investments.
- Sponsorship documents from India (if applicable).
- Sponsorship documents from New Zealand (if applicable).
- Marriage certificate, children’s birth certificate (if applicable).
- ID docs.

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to application and have two available blank pages.
It is at the discretion of the visa officer at the Embassy if they wish to call you in for a personal interview or not.
No form of employment is permitted on a Business / Tourist visa.

Business visa is for those applicants whose primary purpose of travel is for official business, attend meetings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, trainings etc.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Applicants can submit their case online or they need to submit their completed visa application form and supporting documents at the New Zealand Visa Application Center, in person and with a prior appointment.
