Bangladesh Business Visa
Overview
Business Visa is for applicants whose primary purpose of travel to BANGLADESH is to attend meeting with business associates, for training, attend scientific, educational, professional or business conventions/conferences, business seminars, contract negotiations and/or other official business purposes etc.
NOTE:
- Bangladesh embassy does not issue visa as per ticket / advance travel. Visas are issued for 1 month from the date of issuance of the visa and for single entry.
- On a Single Entry visa, traveller can enter Bangladesh any time before its validity and stay up to maximum of 30 days.
- On a Multiple entry visa, traveller cannot stay beyond the validity of the visa and has to leave Bangladesh before the expiry of the visa.

Completing online / application form and other supplementary forms.
Step 2:
Creating online case profile.
Step 3:
Payment of applicable visa fee.
Step 4:
Scheduling the case submission appointments.
Step 5:
Collating all relevant documents including all financial related documents.
Step 6:
Sponsors documents .
Step 7:
Procuring business invite and supporting documents.
Step 8:
Appearing for the visa interview.
Step 9:
Collection of passport.

5 - 7 working days post submission of application.

Documents Required
- Original passport with minimum 6 months validity prior to submission and with two available blank pages.
- Passport copy (front & back page)
- Application form and other supplementary forms.
- Any previous / expired passport.
- Business visa sponsorship letter from inviting company.
- Company support letter.
- Statement of purpose outlining the intent /reason for travel, travel itinerary, applicants profile etc.
- Evidence of employment / business.
- Evidence of income, savings and investments.
- Evidence of leave approval.
- Sponsorship documents from India (if applicable).
- Sponsorship documents from Bangladesh (if applicable).
- Marriage certificate, children’s birth certificate (if applicable).
- ID docs.
- Travel itinerary.
- Flight and hotel reservations to meet visa requirements.
- Travel / Medical insurance to cover duration of trip (recommended).
Frequently asked questions
Passport must be valid for at least 6 month’s prior to application and have two available blank pages.

Not mandatory, BUT it is advised, each applicants have a medical / travel insurance cover of minimum 50,000 to cover the duration of the stay.
Flight and hotel reservations to cover your entire duration of stay is mandatory. VCS can assist you with reservations to meet the visa requirements (T&C apply).

Tourist visa is for those applicants whose primary purpose of travel is tourism, meet friends or family, attend social and recreational functions etc.
Business visa is for those applicants whose primary purpose of travel is for official business, attend meetings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, trainings etc.
