The UK Skilled Worker Dependent Visa allows family members of Skilled Worker visa holders to join them in the UK. This visa category is designed to facilitate the reunion of families, enabling dependents to live, work, and study in the UK alongside the main visa holder.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Skilled Worker Dependent Visa, applicants must be:
- The spouse, civil partner, or unmarried partner of the Skilled Worker visa holder.
- A child under 18 years old at the time of application.
- A child over 18 if they are currently in the UK as a dependent of the Skilled Worker visa holder.

Completing online / application form and other supplementary forms.
Step 2:
Creating online case profile.
Step 3:
Payment of applicable visa & biometric fee.
Step 4:
Scheduling the case submission appointments.
Step 5:
Collating all relevant documents including all financial related documents.
Step 6:
Sponsors documents (spouse in the UK).
Step 7:
Medical requirements.
Step 8:
Maintenance requirements.
Step 9:
Appearing for the visa interview (if called).
Step 10:
Collection of passport.
