- Duration: The visa is valid for up to 6 months for most short courses, and up to 11 months for English language courses.
- Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 16 years old and accepted on a course with an accredited institution.
- Financial Requirements: Proof of sufficient funds to support yourself without working or claiming public funds.
- Restrictions: Work is not permitted, including work placements or internships. Extensions or switching to another visa category within the UK are not allowed.
