Terms & Conditions

1: The visa application fees and our service charge are non-refundable. Even if the visa is denied, the complete sum paid remains non-refundable.

2: Visa application processing time and its outcome i.e. approval/rejection are beyond our control and at the sole discretion of the visa officer / embassy immigration department. VCS cannot be held liable for the denial of your case.

3: Visa application processing time is determined by the embassy/consulate and may differ than the advised period due to downtime/ maintenance of third-party visa systems, unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, holidays, closures etc. VCS cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever for any such delays.

4: It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide us with accurate information, travel dates, clear scans of documents, photographs as per specifications etc.

5: On a case-to-case basis, the embassy/VCS may request additional documentation in support of your visa application.

6: Processing of your visa applications will commence only after verifying all mandatory documentation and receipt of full payment.

7: VCS reserves the right to revise its prices/fees at any time prior to accepting an order.

8: The price/fees quoted may be revised by VCS subsequent to accepting an order in the event of any change in official visa fees, variation in foreign exchange costs and/or any other matter beyond our control. Only under these circumstances, you will have the right to cancel your order and be eligible to receive a refund of the fee paid.

9: VCS reserves the right to decline or cancel processing of any applications at its discretion if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

10: It is the applicant’s responsibility to adhere to the immigration conditions of that country and respect the terms of the visa.

11: Should you overstay (beyond the validity of your visa) the applicant/visa holder is fully responsible for the entire penalty amount, fines, legal actions and/or any other restrictions levied by the destination country for breach of their immigration rules. VCS will not bear any liability or responsibility whatsoever.

12: Any additional expenses, including (but not limited to) courier service for documents, photograph development, document attestation etc. is the responsibility of the applicant.

13: Force Majeure – VCS will not be held responsible for any delay and/or failure to adhere to the obligations if such delay and/or failure arises or is in connection to an Act of God which is beyond the company’s reasonable control.
